季節の豆を浅煎りから深煎りまで揃え、毎朝その日の天気にあわせて抽出を調整しています。 焼き菓子は店内の小さなオーブンで一日数回、少量ずつ焼き上げます。
We pour single-origin coffee at our own pace, and bake small batches of pastry through the day. No background music, no rush — just a quiet table and an honest cup.
